Ok, let's see if I have this correct. You have a hub, cable modem and 2 NIC cards. What chipset are the NIC cards and onboard LAN? This is how I have mine set up. All with cat 5 cables. NO usb! 1. Cable modem ---> Primary Router connection. 2. Win XP via NIC --> router 3. Linux box via NIC--> router

Temat: Stuttering Audio In Snow Leopard
I have a brand new Mac Mini and NAS as well as a new router (so as to rule these out up front). Itunes and other programs play files off the NAS flawlessly. Plex sees them, plays them but they stutter randomly. I don't know if it's marginal fluctuations from the router connection, but why do all other programs compensate? The shares are mounted SMB and I am using a wireless connection but again, all other programs aren't affected. THanks.
